Warren Benoit


Warren began his insurance career in 1977 and has always been a leader in the insurance profession. Warren is Past President of the National Association of Professional Enrollment Specialists; served on the Louisiana Health Care Commission; Board Member for Benefit Marketing Association, Advisory Board for Benefit Selling; Board Member of New Orleans Health Underwriters; serves on Business College Committee for Loyola University; past Vice-Chairman Lakeside Hospital; and partner of an internationally based reinsurance company that sells medical malpractice insurance to Louisiana physicians. Benoit & Associates agency has produced premium in excess of $300 million, contracted over 200 agents and currently services 2,500 business groups in 44 states.

Brandi L Tamor

VP of Sales

Brandi began her career in 2000, with Aflac. By 2003, she brokered all lines of voluntary benefits with many carriers, teaming up with Health and P&C brokers. In 2011, she was hired by Allstate Worksite Division as Territory Enrollment Manager, managing 5 states (LA, MS, AR, TX, and NM). Her responsibilities were to recruit, hire, and train enrollers; set up successful enrollment environments, provide marketing material, and manage the enrollments; maintain client relations; and assist sales reps in broker relations. She is credited for creating accountability reports, which provided detailed information on each enroller’s success, which was used to show brokers the benefit of using her enrollment team. She is a nationally recognized leader. She has won state and national recognitions ranging from Top Producer, Key Club, State President’s Club, and Founders’ Award.

Brandi is on the Advisory Board of New Orleans Lympho-Maniacs and is the Spokesperson for We Care We Share. She is a motivational speaker and a SAG eligible actress. She is the current Mrs. New Orleans 2017. Brandi is married to Brent, with two sons DJ and Blake.

Office Manager

Jennifer has been with Benoit & Associates since 2000. She has outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Her ability to prioritize and be detail-oriented has aided in quick and precise claims payments. She handles agent contracting and assures agent commissions are paid precisely.

Jennifer is a professional Foosball Champion. She is married to Liem, with two amazing boys Michael and Anthony


Kelly Boswell

Administrative Assistant

For the past 15 years Kelly has provided dedication and loyalty with excellent attention to detail and efficiency in her duties. She is credited for assisting with claims, billing, on-going customer service, and supports all members of the departments with ongoing tasks and special projects. Kelly loves to workout, ride motorcycles, and jetski. Kelly has a beautiful daughter, Jade.

Robert L. Weaver

Robert Weaver, originally from Hampton, Virginia, moved to New Orleans in 2011. Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting from Chowan University, where he was also a member of the baseball team all four years. Robert is a licensed insurance professional, serving the needs of his clients in the greater New Orleans area.


Eric Ibert

Eric began with Benoit & Associates in 2015. He is known as “Mr. Fix it”. He is a wonderful addition to our team as his background prior to joining Benoit and Associates, comes from 20 years experience with Xerox. As a senior consultant and systems architect, he developed and managed systems that provided solutions to improve the processing of records, document production, and systems integration. He architected solutions for Pan American Life Insurance, Southern Farm Bureau of Mississippi and Louisiana, BCBS of Louisiana, Global Special Risks of New Orleans, and many more. He was nationally recognized as the leading “custom solutions” source for the Gulf South Region for many years. He is our in house tech support and a licensed L&H consultant. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional).

Eric is a New Orleans native who graduated from Tulane University. He is married to Donna and has an impressive daughter, Jessica. Eric’s hobbies include cooking, traveling, and studying foreign cultures.

Chelby Hinson

Sales Associate

Chelby graduated from Thomas Jefferson H.S. for Advanced Studies, was awarded a full scholarship to Loyola University New Orleans where she is currently studying psychology. She volunteered in Guatemala at a malnutrition center for children at the age of 16! Studied abroad in Europe over the summer between her junior and senior year of high school. Early 2017, she passed her licensing exam and is interning under the mentorship of Brandi Tamor. We are proud to have her on our team!
